Report Note
-
This is the page to report new National Bank Notes. Before beginning, please check in the census and make sure the note you are reporting is not already listed.
-
The identity of those who report notes is stored in the database but can only be viewed by the system administrator and will never become a displayed field.
-
We are trying to make the census as reliable as possible and strongly urge that reported notes are accompanied by an uploaded image.
-
If you wish to submit an image for a note that already exists in the census, please send us an email and attach the image. If you would like to share multiple images or an entire collection, please email us to figure out the best method of transmission.
-
Images attached to the submission form can be up to 1M in size. Between 400-600K is an ideal size.
-
If you have entered a TPG grade, please attach an image of the note in the holder, or a valid TPG cert number for verification.
-
In some cases notes reported without an image may require additional review if they fall into one or more of the following categories: a) unreported banks, b) banks with only 1-2 previously reported notes, c) territorial bank notes, or d) any situation where the addition of a single note could significantly change pricing for other known notes.
-
If you would like to make any comments about the note (e.g., grade, history, etc) please use the "Your Comments" box. This comment field will not be publicly displayed but information may be abstracted for an archive/note history field in the future.
-
Thank you for your help in maintaining the census and our field of National Bank Note collecting.
