The First National Bank of Tuttle (#8475), Indian Territory & Oklahoma State was chartered on December 20, 1906 and liquidated on July 1, 1909. During their short 2.5 years in business, they issued 200 sheets of 10-10-10-20 Series of 1902 Red Seal territorials and a miniscule 39 sheets of 10-10-10-20 Series of 1902 Date Back state notes. Of the 956 notes issued, none have ever been reported.
